Relikc's journey is a series of ups and downs. The founding members were life-long friends who started playing music together in school. Throughout their teens, they played at every single school event, moving on to clubs and live music events as soon as they were legal. Eager for success, they would bounce from writing and releasing songs, to cramming their schedules with as many gigs as they could. Struggling to find the right balance, Relikc eventually released their debut album, The Code of Antics, in 2016, which encapsulated their voyage up to that point. A cocktail of rock, funk, soul and electropop, with heartfelt lyrics and a sombre tone. As the band went through a series of line-up changes, Relikc was reborn with a more focused sound and direction, with its latest single "Hate That I Love You", paving the way for the future ahead.

Seth Baer is a singer-songwriter who grew up in Seattle. He currently lives in Los Angeles to pursue his journey of being a musician. While Kurt Cobain could be credited as one of his musical influences, he points out that his inspiration for pursuing music was his mom’s ex-husband, who would go to their house on a motorcycle and play his guitar. Seth thought that it was “a great way to make money and have fun at the same time”.
